Terms & Conditions z9gt – A Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to z9gt. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and z9gt ("Platform", "We", or "z9gt") governing your use of all services provided on z9gt.my and all related subdomains or applications.

By registering a new account, accessing the z9gt platform, or using any of our services — including slots, live casino, Sports Betting, and all related features — you explicitly and unambiguously agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document as well as in other supporting documents such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to register or use the z9gt platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

To be eligible to use the z9gt platform, you must fully and continuously meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using gambling services for any legal reason or court order

To use paid services on z9gt, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete as requested in our registration form.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on z9gt at any given time. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions
• The name registered must match your legal name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or other official document.
• An active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTPs is required for account verification and all security-related transactions
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must notify z9gt immediately should any unauthorised access occur
• Z9gt reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing reasons, where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed, or once an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and/or a recent Malaysian bank statement.

Z9gt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available for the Malaysian market:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay – all processed instantly in under one minute
• DuitNow: DuitNow Transfer and DuitNow QR for instant fund transfers between Malaysian bank accounts

All z9gt members are required to comply with the following deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 to get started. Daily maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account level.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Z9gt does not charge any processing fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your bank or digital wallet are your own responsibility

For withdrawals, the following terms apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most requests on regular business days
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used for the original deposit, unless special approval has been granted
• Z9gt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in compliance with anti-money laundering legal requirements
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement has been fully satisfied.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Collusion between players to cheat the system or influence game outcomes in any way
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or KYC
• Any form of fraud relating to bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, or the rewards system
• Accessing the z9gt platform from any country or region prohibited by local law or z9gt policy

Z9gt reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this Terms & Conditions document or any other related policy document
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by z9gt
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gaming tools provided
• Instructions from legitimate Malaysian legal authorities
• Detection of suspicious activity, fraud, or violations of anti-money laundering laws
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no logins or transactions

If an account is closed due to a member's breach of terms, z9gt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of the remaining balance pending completion of the investigation. Should no breach be confirmed, any valid balance will be returned to the member in accordance with established procedures. Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the z9gt support team.

Z9gt provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or system failures. By using the z9gt platform, you agree that:

• Z9gt is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes that are not in your favour, including losses during regular spins or bonus rounds.
• Z9gt is not liable for any losses resulting from internet or telecommunications service disruptions in Malaysia that are beyond our control
• Z9gt's maximum liability to any member for any platform-related claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to remain in full effect.
